I'm OK with Palco

You'll hear endless horror stories about the group handling Nokia's repair center in the United States. Now I've had to work with them twice I actually feel OK. Just treat them as a parts depot and you'll be fine. I've now had a BP-4L and SU8W replaced in roughly 9 works days. Not bad.
